Imagine yourself at a party. You mingle with other guests, strike up some conversations, and generally get along with everyone else even if they might not share the same opinions as you do on everything. You don't go yelling at people for having a different opinion. Nor do you go about feeling up someone else's girlfriend. Or storming the bar. Or heckling the DJ. You'd be shown the door. And so it is at GrenadaHub.

Please "think twice, post once." Be respectful of your fellow posters, agree to disagree when differences present themselves, and never ever make things personal. Expressing your political affiliation, religious faith, sexual orientation or even your taste in music does not entitle others to attack you. Nor does it entitle you to attack others. Posting complaints about forum policies (for instance, whining that a topic got closed, complaining that a moderator is too harsh, etc.) is a bit rude. If you have a legitimate concern, please PM the moderators or the admins.

Below is a list of general Rules & Regs.

1. Do not write your messages entirely in CAPS.
2. Use appropriate punctuation.
3. And appropriate spelling!
4. Do not "double post". If yours is the last message, then edit it to add more, rather than posting again. However, do not edit your posts to comment on something that someone has posted below you - post again.
5. Do not engage in back-and-forth with trolls or flamers. Report them in the Bugs & Feedback section.
6. Strong language is allowed, but please exercise discretion and avoid being excessive.
7. Do not use offensive terms associated with someone's race, religion, or sexual orientation.
8. Stay "on topic." While it's okay to include a bit of "off topic" stuff in your message, it's also important to make sure the thread doesn't end up being totally unrelated to the original topic. If you're asked to bring the discussion back on topic, please do so.
9. Avoid posting messages that consist solely of "haha" or comments along that line.
11. Do not post copywrited material. That includes cutting and pasting text from other sources. Post the link instead.
10. Do not post pictures in threads. Post the link instead. The only thread that allows pictures is "...in Real Life" which is in the "Tales of the Absurd" section.
11. Do not post advertising or link exchanges.
12. Do not spam the threads.
13. Do use the Testing 1-2-3 thread to try out the different posting functions.
14. Do read the FAQs, in the main navigation menu, for guidelines on how to use the forum.
15. Most of all have fun, relax, and enjoy!
