Why are women’s pro volleyball outfits so much small then the men’s ones?
And why do they put up with such sexism. How will they ever be taken seiously when it’s all about boobs and butt cheeks?
I can only watch for about five minutes before I feel like a perv and change the channel, especially when they start hugging and patting each others butt.
I agree. I don’t understand why women put up with it. But I guess it’s because if they didn’t, no one would watch.
All the people who constantly answer that women wear spandex for vball because it helps athletic performance have never been able to answer one question: If it’s for the purpose of better athletic performance, then why don’t women wear it for basketball, soccer, softball, field hockey, lacrosse, or golf?
The ironic thing is that a lot of young women, particularly in high school, if given the choice of wearing basketball-like outfits instead of spandex, would choose spandex specifically because, as they themselves would say, “Guys think it’s hot.”
So much for the women’s movement, huh?
I think that the outfits women wear in the beach and indoor games demeans the sport and takes away from its beauty and purity.
