Monday, Monday Pt II

Oh that site I linked to is great fun. I couldn't resist some snappy (well, not really snappy but whaddeyouwant? I'm sick) responses to those amazing facts.

  • The United States has the highest minimum drinking age in the world. And the most drunken teenagers - PERIOD
  • During lunch breaks in Carlsbad, New Mexico no couple should engage in a sexual act while parked in their vehicle, unless their car has curtains. You hear dat Pedro! Curtains, por favor.
  • In a year, the average person walks four miles to make his or her bed. I knew making my bed wasn't good for me.
  • To burn off one plain M&M candy, you need to walk the full length of a football field. Good to know. Maybe I should make the bed more often.
  • If you yelled for 8 years, 7 months and 6 days, you would have produced enough sound energy to heat one cup of coffee. You'd probably need to drink 876 cups of coffee to generate eneough caffeine to yell that long.
  • Most tropical marine fish could survive in a tank filled with human blood. What I want to know is how did we ever verify this fact?
  • Dentists in medieval Japan extracted teeth by pulling them out with their fingers. You cannot tell me some dentists still don't practise this. Hoooawwwww.... WuTang Schwin Wong Hawwarrrgghh. (Oops, that's Chinese).
