Losing weight: Update #1

As I had mentioned back in January, I'm on a diet and exercise regimen - my special Dietus in my quest to loose 50lbs by July.

I'm proud to report that to date I have lost 13lbs. In addition, I discovered that I can fit back into some clothes that I haven't been able to wear since around Ivan time (Sept '04). Needless to say I am tickled! Alas, Mr YY is lamenting the decline in the squeezability of The Booty - but that's just his problem, ey? :)

I must confess I have not been able to do this all alone. I am part of an online 'Dietus" support group, and I faithfully log and chart my calorie/carb/fat intake. Some great resources I found online are:

    alas , i haven't been so successful with my enfeavours.. LOL. but thas through my own fault..

    but how you losing the squeezability that doesnt bode well ya kno mek sure you dont fall way to nothing :-)
